Intensive Driving Courses

South Side Driving is able to provide all types of driving courses, ranging from weekly hourly lessons right up to Intensive and Semi-Intensive Driving Courses.

If you are planning to take an intensive or semi-intensive course, you should try and time your lessons so that you already have a test date booked. There is, on average, a two week waiting list to sit the theory test and a five week waiting list to sit the practical driving test. This is determined by the DSA and is nothing to do with South Side Driving.

There are two main options: do all the lessons intensively over the course of a week or two or alternatively, do a semi-intensive course in the weeks running up to the test. The semi-intensive course allows more time for the information that is taught in the lessons to be taken on board and as a result, is probably the better option of the two. The semi-intensive option may not fit in with people’s busy lives’ so both courses are offered at South Side Driving.

If you have any questions regarding any type of driving course, please don’t hesitate to contact South Side Driving.
